I had my daughters third birthday party here and everyone had so much fun (especially the parents!!) the staff is amazing and the place is just awesome. My daughter especially loved the toddler room that was full of fun stuff.

Based on our experience, Intensity is still working out the kinks in the preschool gymnastics classes. The preschool teachers are pretty good, aside from their communication with parents.

This review is for the open-gym time.This place is super cool. If you ever been to a gymnastics / parkour gym you will love this place. For one, its huge, and there is plenty of space to move around. Intensity Gymnastics opened its doors September 2013 and is an USAG member facility offering artistic gymnastics classes for all ages and skill levels. Gymnastics is a great way for children to develop a love of exercise and physical activity.
