This company charges a flat fee of over 300 dollars for an inspection. This is probably good if you are one of the very, very few who have to go to court. If you are one of the majority who just wants to be sure the job was done right, you will pay too much. Allen did the initial inspection and sent me a report listing many things that needed to be fixed. I set up a meeting between him and my roofers. Allen forgot the meeting. I called him and he came late. He chatted with the roofers out front, informed me that the initial report that he sent was wrong and that he'd send a new one. I heard one of the roofers ask him why he charges so much and his response was that he normally was expected to make multiple visits.That was the last time I saw him. The work was completed weeks ago. I guess he came out and looked at it, but I still have no report. I also have not had a response to my recent emails. I, finally, had to call him this morning to ask for my report. Really? Definitely did not get my money's worth.
