We began using ION quite a few years ago. At the time, yes, it was reasonably priced and they did help us set up our home computer. However, over the past 12-18 months we have given them over $1000 based on their recommendations. Our computer continued to falter regardless of their "fixes" until we finally neded to get a new one. My external hard drive crashed and I needed to have it recoverded.
They were very nice on the phone so I gave them a chance. I am very pleased with the way they treated me and with the honost approach they have with the work being done. Up front and real, they told me what could and could not be done, so I would not be surprised in the end.
I will be having them install some office back up...
