Innerpc responded extremely quickly to a hard drive failure which ko'd me the day before a business trip and big presentation. Not only did they diagnose and fix the problem with a new hard drive, recovered all my data,and upgraded me to Windows 7, but Dan strategized with me ways they could support me with recovered data I'd need while I was travelling and they were fixing the computer.
I now have a better-then-before laptop. This was a totally positive experience and I plan to use them for any computer issue in the future.
