nice staff, nice (albeit quirky) room - spacious & comfortable. laundry in basement if you need it. lots of restaurants nearby. we also parked on 6th street, a couple hundred feet from the building, and avoided the valet fees...very safe.
I enjoyed this hotel very much! The staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't know it was a timeshare but that was not a big deal. They did discuss it with us but we let them know that we were not interested and we did not receive any phone calls or letters under the door. The cleanliness was great! I loved setup of the room and decor. It had everything we needed including a blender & mouthwash!...

Awesome !!! This was our first stay at this hotel so we did not know where to dump our trash. When we returned to our room in the evening the trash was taken out and we had new set of towels also. Very conveniently located look forward of going back next year.
Newly remodeled hotel. Room was a suite, complete kitchen with cook top, walk- in closet, great sitting area. Balboa Park right across the street. Nice surprise is an understatement. Definitely plan to stay again.
