This bar is situated on top of the Park Manor Hotel and offers stunning views of the surrounding metropolis and even the Mexican flatlands beyond the border. Drinks here are some of the strongest in town--as in, vodka-coke: hold the coke.
Limited complimentary parking is available in the small lot behind the hotel. Enter off 5th or 6th, and be sure to display your rear view mirror tag. Otherwise, street parking is usually available nearby.
