Ink & Dagger Tattoo Parlour is located next to the Wahoo Decatur Grill on West College Avenue. Walk-ins are welcome for clients seeking smaller designs; for larger designs, an appointment is suggested to discuss the design choice and any other questions one may have. Merchandise including shirts, hats and posters is also sold here.
