I worked for IM Philippines for 15 months and still not received my backpay until now. Its been 6 WEEEKS and they still can't provide update.

Purchasing is great as long as you don't need ANY help. WORST customer service I've EVER had. Hold times are hours long and when you finally get a person, employees just pass you from person to person. Even the managers are ill-equipped. Takes DAYS to process simple requests and/or get an answer to a question. Getting transferred to the correct department/person is nearly impossible. Pray you...
