The shop is great if you have same-day questions or need to purchase something. However, their service is horrible for repairs. Repeatedly we have had our musical instrument in for repairs and have been told it would be 2 or 3 days...and it takes much longer than that. My poor child can never practice …

The store is family owned, started by John Ingram and Bernhard Brauns, and all the employees are knowledgeable musicians who play and teach regularly. It provides private lessons in the cozy lesson studios next door to the shop, and is proud to employ some of the finest music teachers in the area....
