Their customer service is horrible! I simply wanted a refund for the $30 admission I paid. The reason was that my kids were covered in vomit from sliding down one of their slides. We were there for less than 30 minutes and had to leave to go home and clean up. But they simply stated the company policy does not permit refunds. Wow!! You would think that being covered in vomit would be the exception to the rule. Needless to say that after going there for many years they have lost a customer.
