This company packed our small items well. However, our main concern were to family irreplaceable items. They told me they would wrap them carefully at the warehouse as I was concerned they did not wrap them before loading on their truck. I would never recomend nthis company as I had them pick up furniture from Sun City arrived here broke because they did not wrap it well as a matter of fact three pieces were not wrapped at all which were broken when I received them two of the pieces were antique

This is one of the worse companies I have dealt with shipment came from Arizona to Alabama and three items were not wrapped at all so of course they got broke one of the chairs is an antique and can not be replaced
