There are 3 Group Exercise Studios and so many fun classes to take. I can see why all the celebrities are doing Pilates, it is such a great workout - it really tones and firms every part of your body. The Power Cycling class is a blast I think all of the regulars who take this class have lost weight and are looking trim.

The cardio selection can't be beat, you never have to wait for a machine and they have huge flat-screen TVs to watch your favorite show. A few times I've gotten caught up watching a movie and look down at my machine are realized that I just burned 900 calories and I didn't...

Great atmosphere, excellent selection of cardio and weight equipment and amazing personal trainers - I am in the best shape of my life! My wife and I love taking the power cycling class with Yadira ? she is fantastic. This is a great place to work out and improve your health.
