I've learned throughout my bar hopping days that hilarity is in no short supply in most bars. Whether it's witnessing a watercooler-worthy incident, or maybe talking with a regular who thinks it's amateur hour, I've found that laughter and pubs usually go hand-in-hand.

whigl rout$15each got to door 18+tax 21 each.dont for get the two drink min.so got four beer for $15 in a buckit. so thay charg me $30+tips .being four beers are to drinks .ok ..i was so mad. the server did this in the middle of dan cummins. wife loved it but i will not be going back .for $70 +

I couldn't agree more with the two poor reviews already here. The service was sub par and the drinks were expensive. Having purchased tickets in advance I assumed there would be a will call window. We arrived to find not a line, but a mob of people. No order whatsoever. Half the people in the mob had paid for tickets and the other half were waiting to buy them. The only visible employee...

I "won" a gift certificate to the Improv at a silent auction. I've been putting off going because I've heard so many negative things about 4th Street Live in general and I'm just not impressed by all the cookie-cutter chains. Went to the Improv to see Tom Green last night. Tom Green was great and so where his openers. Which is much better than that openers usually at Comedy Off Broadway (Lexington). Having said that though, I much prefer Comedy Off Broadway to the Improv. The Improv's seating is terrible- you are squeezed in next to total strangers at two person tables that are connected.
