I have been using Improcom Global Telecom for more than a year. I can honestly say it has been flawless! Using their system has significantly improved our customer base. As well as internal communication stuff for the entire office. Not only that, I am saving a lot on phone bills. I am very thankful. I can't recommend this company enough!

Of all the decisions I have made for my business I think choosing Improcom Global Telecom is the best! I purchased Improcom Global Telecom early last year. After purchasing 6 phones and numbers I promptly received the items and they were of great assistance. They would constantly check in to see how the service was and if there was anything they could be of help with. This is outstanding...

Improcom Global Telecom has an easy system to manage! It was such a quick set-up as customer service provided first class service. All we had to do is plug the phone into the internet walls and they started working. The technical service guys have always been good to deal with. My associates and I have been very happy with our selection of Improcom Global Telecom!

So, going into Improcom Global Telecom is a lot of fun! I love how our office phone lines can do. I like the system now. For the most part, their employees are quick to respond to any issue. I have to say I am satisfied with their service and of course the clear connection. Companies like this will keep me a customer for life!
