Service met my expectations. I was satisfied with the experience of the service personnel. Leaders, Doni and Jason, were excellent in explaining the pathway they were going to use to get Mercedes E350 repaired.

Drove up at 7:45am. Door was open and we conversed as to timeline. At the appointed time, car was complete, bill was reviewed and everything was completed as promised. What else does one want?
