Help us make it rightRecently had work done by Joseph (Impact Audio & Video) Had been told by two other electronics stores that mounting TV above fireplace with cables hidden could not be done. Joseph offered a free consultation and said information was false. He succeeded in completing job and it looks great! Took him longer then expected but he kept price at original quote. Thank you for the hard work.
I hired Joesph, the owner of Impact Audio, to come and run some wires and mount a satellite dish on the other side of my house. It was a weekday and I couldn't stay to see the work completed so I cut him a check before I left. Upon my return I saw only about 30 percent of the work completed. He also left his ladder so I called him to find out when he would return. Joesph said he would return in a couple days, which he didn't do. He flaked on me 4 times after that before I gave up on him. I can't give it zero stars or I would. I had this guy install my home theater. He does sloppy work, does not clean up after he drills and clips wires. His work was so bad, I had to call the Geek Squad in. They told me my system would never have worked the way he set it up. I gave him $100 deposit for a universal remote, I never got the remote and he still has my $100. Look him up under the Sacramento BBB. I'm not the only one with issues here.
