I went into this location in severe pain from a tooth that broke off and left a piece of the root in my mouth, touching a nerve which was causing my mouth to swell up and hurt very badly. This location squeezed me in at the late minute and stayed past closing to extract the root from my mouth. They made me feel very comfortable, asking if I was hurting while they worked on the issue. The doctor and assistant were very caring and made my experience very pleasing. I have re-thought my ways of thinking about detal offices and will even plan all of my future dental work to be done at this office, despite there being several locations closer to my home. (I live in Beech Grove area) I would recommend this location to everyone and tell you that these people are caring, professional, friendly and go to great lengths to make you happy with your visit.

My husband and son went there for a broke tooth that my son received. Although he did get the care he needed people were rude and told my husband that they did take the insurance but when they arrived the front desk said no they did not take our insurance.
Very fishy....they quoted me an estimate of $13,000 for all my dental work. Went elsewhere and received a quote, and started getting the work done for less than a fraction of the price they quoted me. However, at the end of the visit, I repeatedly asked them for the estimates but they sheepishly avoided giving it to me.
Dentist and staff are very friendly. Open 7 days a week 9-9 so it's great for those who work.
I was very upset with the office. I did not have an appointment, but was told by reception that I would be seen in 1-1 1/2 hours. With a broken wisdom tooth, any wait was painful. After 2 1/2 hours, I asked if I had been overlooked. The gentleman at the desk informed me that my walk-in time overlapped with the appointments. They came first so it would be at least 1 more hour before I would be seen. Why was I not informed of this possibility earlier? This is not customer friendly service!!
