I was really early to my appointment, and they did not honor it. They let themselves get overbooked. I've rescheduled for another time, at a different time, but if they pull this stunt again, I'll never recommend them to anyone.

i will Never go back again!!!! i was put in a chair for an hour and a half, had 15 teeth extracted, and no nurse! had to suction my blood and saliva myself!!!! i told the dr i was hard to numb, and had an infection in one tooth, which refused to numb at all. the dr stated he cannot and will not numb it anymore, and pulled it out, and i felt EVERYTHING!!! it was awful, so i screamed and he told me repeatedly to "be quiet". his exact words. he said my screams (of pain, i mind you), would not help anything. also, 2-3 weeks later, i find that i have multiple shards of teeth still inside my...

Several months ago I was looking for a different "in network" dentist -someone a little closer to home than having to drive downtown. I came across ImmediaDent which is located in a small "strip" mall about a 1/2 of a mile away. The place was ok but it seemed like everyone there was on foodstamps and welfare, not that there is anything wrong with that.
