Had bought an Amazon deal for a Brazilian wax, it was a terrible experience. I would recommend not going there for waxing services. Worst experience ever, and I've tried so many other places which are much better.The lady was not gentle at all, it was unhygienic, she was downright mean and it hurt like hell. I definitely wouldn't recommend going there if you are sensitive or not used to waxing.

These ladies are no nonsense. They get the job done and they are professional. I had a wax and a mani pedi with them and I was happy with the results.
