We came to San Diego for a wedding and stayed on the bay. For a family of four every meal was close to 100 dollars. To save money we looked up this IHOP and went for it. I was presently surprised. The area around it is a little 'low rent' but the restaurant itself was fantastic! The service was great the food was delicious and best of all it wasn't $100. We will come again.
