Dr. SEADE is the best shoulder MD in the world. Love his assistant Ali she is awesome. Anesthesia was great. My block lasted 48 hours and was amazing. Love Hyde Park staff and will send everyone I know that needs surgery to you all. Thank you for making my visit amazing anxiety and pain free!

Absolutely terrible. Bad communication. They rescheduled my appointment and didn’t call to tell me until the last second. They then left a bizarre message that I couldn’t understand, never using the word “rescheduled”, only *mumble*mumble*reminder*mumble*. So I show up really early only to be told it’s delayed. These people are a bunch of crooks! They overcharge you and make you pay before you receive any services. Then when the insurance pays and they owe YOU hundreds of dollars they will not even return you phone calls. There are too many good surgical centers in Austin to pick one that will do everything they can to cheat you out of your hard earned cash. I made the mistake of paying cash in...
