My appointment was at 10:00. I arrived at 9:50 and gave my pre-filled paperwork, insurance card and id to the admittance desk. I was not called to start my appointment until almost an hour after my scheduled appointment time. I was then taken back to start the pre-screening that was very short and sweet 5 minutes at most.
