Nice, friendly, convenient, comfy, I'm always greeted with a smile, they have my reservation correct and the rooms are nice. The food is good as well, so when you are tired and just ready to relax, it is a reliable home away from home.

I love this hotel and the staff. The hotel is always neat and clean, the beds are very comfortable and the staff is always very friendly. They remember me by name each time I return. The breakfast is fantastic and the food menu is good - although I would like to see a few more gluten free options.

Easy access to movie theater, restaurants and close to beautiful downtown Pleasanton. I had an issue with a lost item and they were quick to respond. Rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfast has a nice variety. Quick tip - ask for a room that is NOT over the parking lot - can hear people below.
