I also dealt with "Amanel" or whatever his name was. He lied to me about availability of both phones I was trying to order. He added extra fees without my knowledge as well. I filed a formal complaint with Tmobile customer care and I hope he gets fired for lying to the customer to get a sale and his shady tactics.
