Intrinsically Biased in favor of management – even if management is not paying her and the individual is. Nevertheless, Dr. Hoyt CAN be very likeable in time.

I have experienced Dr. Hoyt in BOTH of the circumstances of the two prior reviewers – including seeing Dr. Hoyt for years. BOTH prior reviewers very accurately describe Dr. Hoyt’s two (apparently) contradictory sides.

Poor research and assessment skills

I found Dr. Hoyt to be cold and uncompassionate. She utilized improper tests per the situation I was involved in and therefore assessed the test out of context. Hence her interpretation of the tests in relation to the situation in question was incorrect and a career ruined. Her skills lack in collecting all proper documentation and utilizing the correct tests inorder to properly,...
