The store was filled with the smell of cigarette smoke when I walked in. Who would buy furniture from a store that smelled like cigarettes? Even if they order the furniture to be delivered to the house, that is really unprofessional and a definite turn off. Also, when I walked in, nobody greeted me until I was walking out.
