Reported problems that bugs were in the room. Staff offered another room or discount on the room. It was 1:00am and too late to move. I stayed woke for the rest of the night. We only reserved the room for one night but once we checked in and got settled into the room we landed up staying for another night because it was so nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only downfall was the $100 damage deposit, but if you give it in cash you get it back when you check out...
