While he has treated me well in my few months seeing him, sometimes he seems forgetful, distracted, or in a hurry to get me out - even when they took their time getting me back. Chattanooga TN office. Wait time took forever for absolutely no reason, only 2 or 3 other ppl in office before me. Doctor was very impersonal. Paid $25 dollar copay for sliding scale fee and still got sent a bill for $127. But they tried to make it seem like I was getting a "good deal" because the office visit was suppose to be $600+. They need to start asking for an identification card with patients real addresses because I feel like some low lifes go and put someone else's address so they won't be charged for their exams.

I am very disgusted with Dr. Yates. This man was so concerned about the complete occlusion of my right carotid then my heart even though he did do a echo cardiogram.
