I was so impressed with the kind and professional service. My mother's old purse was pretty generic and worn out, but it was her favorite so I brought it in to be repaired. They treated the bag with care and it came back looking better than the day she bought it. I highly recommend Houston Shoe Hospital!

I have always taken my shoes and purses to Houston Shoe Hospital on Kirby Drive and have never been disappointed. My things are always ready when they say they will - and they always look wonderful. I would never consider going anywhere else.

I'd say go somewhere else! They are RUDE! Not only do they overcharge (and they admitted that they overcharged by the way when we called) but they do shoddy work. Let me put it this way. If you pay full price, the work may be ok (but check the price when you get there (write it down) and when you check out, and call back when you leave, I bet it will be cheaper by a buck or 2.
