Understaffed. No one willing to help with follow-ups. Will wait on the phone over 20 min to speak to someone. If you try ordering contacts - will need to try several times before you reach a live person at the contact center. Staff argued several min over amount due at initial visit but apologized after reviewing files again to see correct amount. If you go on Saturday staff doesn't know answer...
