Let me start by saying all I was looking for was a good bike at a good price.I found the bike I was looking for on ebay,I did not know that it was a dealership that was selling the bike at first.I was surprised that the questions I had were answered right away and even the calls I made responded too in a timely response.Long story short,I was the high bidder and got the bike.Drove 235 miles one way to get the bike,expecting just to hand over the cash and throw the bike in the truck.What I didn't expect was a tour of the facility,Met everyone in the place,Excellent crew by the way.The...

My compliments on your excellent customer oriented staff. I purchased a scooter from Doug Wiley a couple years ago & it was very professionally handled. I since sold it & came in yesterday with a problem on my new bike purchased from a private party. Tony & Brad in the service department listened to my dilema & said they could help me & not to worry as it wasn't as big a deal as I was making it out to be.
