I used the service in Brooklyn for Heavy Duty Cleaning for one room. Immediately after they left I noticed valuable (and sentimental) jewelry was missing when I went to put my watch away. The company was insensitive to my complaints and efforts to reach out to them.Nor did they finish the job. …
