Hoskins did a good job of explaining what was going on and gave me some confidence that my structure is not damaged. He answered my main concern about the cracked slab and had valuable opinion on recommended repairs (not exactly what I had expected) which was to fix as best as possible and basically live with it. He felt a complete repair job was not cost effective and that to me was valuable...

Paul was a great help, I told him what I wanted to do and he turned my thoughts into a cad drawing. I made a few changes to his drawing via e-mail and he produced a few sets of blueprints in a timely manner. I took them to the city, pulled my permit without a hitch and knocked out my project.
