Dr Hong would argue with her assistant while performing surgery on me. Made me very uncomfortable. Every time I went for an appointment, she would find "new problems" with my teeth that were not there 2 weeks before when she examined them. Overcharges for procedures. Dr. Sook Hong is the most skillful, careful dentist I've ever had. I recommend her highly, especially to those who have particularly bad dental situations. She's also a doctor of naturopathy, so she understands much more than the mechanics of teeth. An outstanding dentist.

RUN the other direction. I am a dental hygienist and was appalled by what I saw and heard. I got up and left after waiting for over an hour. Her staff is incompetent.
