Set on 160 acres of rolling hills that once held a Miwok village, these cottages (the largest sleeps six) have gas fireplaces, fully equipped kitchens, and queen-size beds. Hand built by the owners out of real adobe bricks, the cottages are also stocked with soft robes, oversize towels, and paperback books.

Secluded on 160 acres of woodland with plenty of trails, this establishment off the beaten path is a gem. The wonderful hand-built cottages are rustic yet modern, with four-poster log beds, saltillo tile floors, vaulted ceilings, stone fireplaces, and separate sitting and dining areas, with the convenience of TV and air-conditioning. Each cabin has a unique bent, and they are all spaced far...

I was so impressed with the Country Cottage! The decor was charming, and I was very impressed with the fully functional kitchen. My favorite part was the large tub and overhead shower setup.

The cabin was comfortable with conveniences of home including breakfast granola, muffins and fruit along with juice, milk and coffee. The rural mountain setting is remote about 1.5 miles off CA 49, but...

Great cottage close to Yosemite South entrance

This is a great place to stay for Yosemite Park. It is close to the south entrance being about 21 miles. In all it will take just over 1 hour to get to Yosemite Valley or Glacier Point. You could stay in the park or some places closer but Cindy and Larry provide wonderful accommodation and will certainly look after you during your stay.

I had to make last minute changes to the booking I...
