Really love this place and I think this the best in Northeast . they give the best idea about plumbing, glues and paints. Having top notch service, organized and helpful. You can even run in during a break and definitely not to be hopeless........

I've been to several Home Depots around DFW and this one seems to have the worst customer service. Other places the staff greets you, asks you if they can help in anyway, and I feel like there is nobody here! It's like some staff members don't care or are just moseying about. I go to two different Home Depots - and I would say this HD is in the "nicer" part of town - and I am always greeted by at least one or two people asking me if they can help. When I need an assosciate, I can generally snap my fingers and get one. The HD in the "iffier" neighborhood? Good luck finding some help.

Absolutely NO service there. A gentleman there said he'd send someone to come help us. And my mom and I waited 29 minutes!!! This is ridiculous. I do not recommend it at all.
