Horrible vet! Doesn't keep records, rarely gives itemized receipts, issues incorrect dosages! Don't endanger the life of your pet- use someone reputable. He will charge you for things you don't need- he is a joke among his colleagues. …

Dr. Nekic, uses holistic as well as modern medicine. We had contacted him to possibly put our lab to sleep. He gave us hope and used steriods and antibiotics to see if he would respond. Our lab is now getting up and walking. He has not been able to do this until now. I am also an RN, he taught me how to give shots for later. We loved this, it helped to save another visit to the vet.

Dr. Nekic is a great home care vet. My sister had a mobile vet who after years of service dumped her because my sister now lives a couple miles-- literally-- outside of Gahanna. This toity vet's assistant left her a voicemail that Dr. ""J"" only services Gahanna now! So much for her caring core values! Dr. Nekic is the complete opposite. He will go to the outskirts of Columbus (I live in Pataskala) without a second thought. He is a vet with the traditional values of yesteryear. Dr. Nekic is a brilliant animal doctor. He takes the time to personalize contact with each pet. His diagnostic skills are remarkable. His kind and caring manner is appealing to pets. And, the home visits service is phenomenal! I highly recommend Dr. Nekic to anyone who appreciates the intelligent, gentle manner of a veterinarian.
