Please don't choose this builder as these guys do lot of compromise on the housing material and shady work. These guys are two individuals and not professional at all. These guys never show you any standard plans and at the same during the house construction they will say everything is an upgrade. They never, never do the home warranty and fixes once the house close.

Please avoid these guys...
