They seem nice and professional at first contact. Will even go as far to schedule and report to your home for ""repairs"", however once you pay the money for their time spent tinkling around your appliance, you will never hear from them again. My saga started back in early July and I'm still trying to find them. I called because they were one of the few companies that could work on my Church's stove. What a mistake.
