Upon moving into this "condo", I was very pleased with the washer/dryer set up in the unit, the dishwasher, the fireplace, the patio, and the promise of granite counter-tops and new cabinets.
The Good: Heat in the winter, peaceful neighborhood, nice neighbors, car ports, no trouble with neighbors, great patio with storage, close to the schools, shopping, hospital.

Rat and mouse infestation. The management is not honest lies straight to your face and offers little towards a solution of infestation only giving traps and encouraging you to catch them on your own time. I've been living here for 2 years and it's the worst decision I've ever made. Management doesn't care or help tenants with problems. They are full of false promises and do not follow up when the time comes. I got roaches in my apartment and they wouldn't even search surrounding apartments, apparently they just want to blame me.
