Everything horrible people say about Holland is true, top to bottom, from sales to service. Never seen anything like it. Unbelievably bad service. This is the worst RV workshop I have ever seen. The manager Mike is incompetent. Do NOT use these clowns, they are slow and their work is poor.

I purchased a used 5th wheel trailer from them and upgraded the electric system only to find it was not charging, I returned it to them and they said I had rewired the control panel and that they were not responsible.

I agree. Their service is terrible. Everything that they worked on, they screwed up. I had to go back and redue everything myself. Very unskilled tech and poor workmanship.

We took our RV to Holland Motor Homes to repair our 2 year old Norcold refrigerator, that Norcold wouldn't honor the warranty on. Holland removed the refrigerator, tore holes in the ceiling, repaired the refrigerator, and re-installed it. Three and a half months later, we were traveling and woke up to a flood.
