Upon arrival, we were greeted by a very unfriendly desk clerk... his general demeanor the entire weekend was dismissive.
Our first room had a non functioning door.
Our second room was dirty, stains on the beds, not properly vacuumed, remote control missing batteries.

The hotel was clean, internet was good, breakfast was good. I received a call the morning I was to check in. The man on the phone said they overbooked and wanted to know if I would take 2 queen beds instead of King. I agreed, as that is not a huge problem. - Breakfast included: cereal options, fruit options, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage (one of the two mornings), muffins, fruit cups, bagels, coffee, juices... *only request would be a waffle maker... but otherwise, was happy with the options!
- Bed included four pillows (two soft and two hard)... appreciated these options.

Overall stay was fine. Encountered a problem and there was no manager to resolve. Tracy at breakfast and Lindsay at front desk were excellent.
