The rooms were a good size and it was close to downtown.\n\nThe valet experience was absolutely awful. It took 45 minutes for them to get my car, they lost a pair of keys and then could not find a car for 2 hours.

The guys that ran the shuttle were extremely friendly and helpful.\n\nThe chair in my room was broken. After the first night, the soap and shampoo was taken out of the room without being replaced. The room was a bit worn and uncomfortable.

Great staff, very clean breakfast area as well as everywhere else. Room had a modern flat screen tv, microwave, fridge, renovated bath room. Valet parking worked well....overall an excellent hotel experience.\n\nNothing
