Great hotel for the price

Great hotel at a great price! Several restaurants in walking distance and many others are a close drive away. Concord Mills Mall is just down the street plus many other shops. Beds were super comfortable and breakfast was good. Only minor complaint was a bad odor in the hallways but not in the room thank goodness.

Checked in at 4:00pm only to be told they had no hot water & it would be 2 hours until they did. Had been traveling for 23 hours & really wanted a hot shower & it delayed our plans to go out. Bathroom looked clean, but had a foul odor coming from the backup hole in the sink, it had black slime in it. We told maid about it, but it wasn't cleaned properly. Very gross, made me wonder what else...

We got the room because the air conditioning at our home broke and it was extremely hot. This hotel was convenient to our home and to my job. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The check-in staff was very friendly and even though the area is very congested, it was quiet.

We will stay here again when in the area!!! The rooms were clean, breakfast was wonderful and you had everything you needed with in a short distance. (shopping, eatting etc...)
