Amazing hotel

The room we had was amazing. With the amazing customer service and the little extra things they do like cookies and milk and happy hour. Defiantly highly recommended! !! I think that this hotel is great for business and pleasure with the salt water pool that is warm!!!!

Nice hotel!! Very friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Walking distance to restaurants and Dallas rail system. Very convenient access by car. Free parking. Great breakfast each morning and nice happy hour each evening. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Nice remodel, but didn't pay attention to the important things

I picked this hotel based on location and reviews. Upon arriving, I realized this hotel used to be a much OLDER hotel. It had been remodeled with tasteful furnishings and decor. Rooms were pleasant and fairly clean. Bathrooms were small and just "OK" (loose plumbing fixtures, slow tub drain, which I hate!, and some rust/water damage on the ceiling). Overall,...

Lack of courtesy and plain rude

Upon arriving to the hotel I was impressed. The receptionist was great. Very sweet. When we booked our room we requested to have a pet friendly room. When we checked in the receptionist explained that the first floor is typically reserved for the pets however, they were out and we were going to get a room on the second floor....

I was surprised at how affordable this hotel was for one night. Great amenities, great service, and super comfortable beds! Location is awesome, lots of great bars and restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Dallas.
