I stayed here for 2 nights. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and up to date. The Wi-Fi was horrible. As a Spire Elite member, I stay in a lot of IHG properties and this one was just average. Had low hot water during morning showers... I probably will look for an alternative next time I come to...

I stay at this hotel for business especially when it is not necessary for me to take
meetings in the city. It is more convenient being in Tinley Park than downtown hotel for meetings in Homewood area. I would not recommend this hotel if it is necessary for you to go to downtown for early morning meetings. The traffic into...

Really enjoyed out stay here. Had a work event at the convention center and was glad we stayed on site. Nice connected restaurant. Pool was fun and good fitness center. We thought it was a great place and could see ourselves staying there again

The minute your greeted at the front desk you know it's a great place! There is always plenty of staff to check you in/out or help you. They are always smiling and happy to help you.
The hotel rooms are big, updated and have the most comfortable beds!
