The store has very disrespectful employees. They are rude especially the fabric staff, one in particular Carol from the Novi MI location. They don't greet their customers and have bad attitude. I will rather shop somewhere else, out of my way than go back again. Considering I used to shop there for all my needs.

Its funny someone else commented about the manager Steve. I agree he is rude. I had been eyeing an end table for my baby's nursery for a few days and decided to run into the Novi store just before they closed to purchase it. On 10/16, I popped into the store at 7:05. I grabbed a shopping cart and in a rush was hurrying to the right to the location of the table (which is right near the door)....
