They accused me of shoplifting and would not answer my questions upon confronting the manager after he took down my plates. My mother and step mother worked there for years. This is an outrage. Customer service was pretty poor to say the least. When asked the manager if we could have some boxes to take a large order of glass purchases home he seemed pretty put off. He seemed to have to suffer to use his vocal cords to ask his minions to get us some boxes in the back. When asking another individual in the store for help she would not even take us to the section of supplies.
