I bought my son's first rocket last month and when he opened it we noticed that it had obviously already been opened previoulsy. We brought it back to the store and asked for an exchange. The teenage front desk clerk asked, ""Is that really the truth?"" when I told him the rocket kit had been opened and there were pieces missing. I asked him if he was questioning my intregrity and he replied, ""Some people like to lie."" I was about to ask for the manager when he decided to just exchange it on the spot. The sales person who helped me the first time was helpful, polite and knowledgable....

The first time I went in there. One guy helped me right from the start. He was so helpful and he knew I had no clue. They showed me what I needed. I even left it there so, they could put the parts on it for me. Price wasnt that bad either! I see alot of you complaining on the prices. Think about it!! Prices are prices!
