My first time at this office- to say I was nervous is an understatement . The staff was pleasant and understanding. They also called once I got home to make sure I was doing well.
I highly recommend this business.

Hiram family dentistry is the best dentist office I have ever been to. I have been a customer there for four years and they are great. They do good work, the shots dont hurt, they dont try to rip you off and really work with you so I love them.

I will start with a positive. The doctor is wonderful. She is always great with my family. HOWEVER, the front staff is not good. Every time we go in there is an issue. They say we have credits when we don't because they don't understand how insurance billing works. Appointments made and confirmed and then we arrive and say it's for a different time.
